Print a frames page 1

Hi

I am looking for a simple solution to enable a frames page to be printed. Presently I ask the user to give the page focus by clicking on it and then selecting print from the toolbar. Would prefer a "Print this page" option to include on the relevant frame page. I'm not sure how to call the correct frame in code.
