Primary SMS Service Account Keeps Locking

I have a Primary SMS Server with 2 secondary Servers, I have worked out that 1 of the Secondary servers is locking the Primary Service account.

I have changed the password and account under the Secondary Site/Site Settings/Addresses but it still locks out the original account, if I stop the services in the secondary site it stops locking the primary account.

Any Ideas Anyone.
