My company created a PO for purchasing 3 items with the price of $10,000.00. When creating the PO in Macola, the Accountant puts down 3 for Quantity ordered, and 3,333.33 for Unit Price. Automatically, the Extended price will come up with $9,999.99. But we need the Extended price to be $10,000.00 instead of 9,999.99. Is there any way in Macola that we can set it to round up 10,000.00? Is there a way to go around this issue?

If you enter your unit price on the PO as 3333.333333 rather than 3333.33 Macola will do all the rest for you.

(Actually you can use anything more than 3333.3317, which will make an order for 3 pieces round to 10,000 even).
