That will work for realtime stats, but not historical purposes. Unfortunately, even with CCM's Analyis and Reporting Tool, there is no such report to show you PRI channel utilization. There are ways to get that information, but its not exactly pretty. I took the advice of another poster on tek-tips and generated an Excel spreadsheet to do this. You basically use ART to generate a report for each of your PRIs for the dates that you specify, in csv format. You then remove all the extra junk except for the date,start time and end time of the calls. Then, in the spreadsheet, you fill in one cell with the date that you want to analyze and it will give you the number of simultaneous calls at every minute during the day. Obviously there is some room for error with very short calls, but most agree that it is an acceptible margin of error. Please see
