PRI - Set to "Round Robin"

I've got a PRI connecting my Option 61C to a ShoreTel T-1 switch. The ShoreTel switch is set to "Round Robin", primarily for reporting, however the Noretel PRI is not and I can't figure out how to change it. Any ideas?

Awesome! I'm trying to make the change on loop 21. How do I find the Route?

Also, do I need to take the loop down and bring it back up, or will it just apply the change?

-this should give you all your trunks and routes.

Also, you don't need to take down the loop to change it to RRB.
