Pri Question?

hello all I got a MICS DR6.1 and need to install a pri code but the one that was given to me by the customer doesn't seem to work.
I need to know if I'm doing this right once I log in to the MICS I go to software id. than password key and enter the 3 strings of digits and comeback with an invalid code. is this the correct place if so. than I must have the wrong codes.
any ideas
 
If you're entering under "Software keys" then you have an invalid keycode. If the system ID changed for some reason that would be why the code comes back as invalid. Have the customer go back to whomever they bought the keycode from.

Just make sure you're putting in the keycode, and not the autorization code printed on the top of the form.

If all you have is the authorization code, you'll have to get in touch with a Nortel partner to get into KRS and generate the key for you.
 
thank it was an invalid code. called the vendor and got another....
