PRI Manual loopback

After a telco issue where they replaced equipment at the central office sysmon showed a manual loopback. Had to power cycle the IP500 to clear the issue. Anyone hear of IPO being stuck in loopback mode and not being able to clear using the sysmon controls?

No, but I do know those lying sob's tend to leave circuits in loopback mode and then deny until their noses fall off. They probably took off the loop-back when you re-booted; coincidental, but more likely than a "one-off" IPO problem.

I am having this exact same issue, it keeps coming back like a bad penny. I am starting to suspect the NIU, anyone successfully had a telco replace it based on this sort of problem?
