PRI ISsue

I'm having a PRI issue I hope someone can help with. I have 3 of them that each have a DCH and one BCH working. all the other channels, when statted, show FE MSBY no matter what we do. We are on an Option 11 with DTI/PRI cards (not TDMIs)These PRIs have been in and working for months. Any ideas? Here's the DCH print-out for one of them:

Did you contact the Vendor? Do they require service messaging on the Dch?

Noe, the channels are FE MBSY, you'd need to call telco, have them turn it down and bring it back up in sync with you and your end....

what does lcnt table show in ld 60? service msgs only come into play during enl disl command.. might help this time but not usually..
