PRI issue

I need to know what settings I need to set on a G3v6r 03.3.246.1 the remote site is a Nortel PBX. and is set at "USER" , "NI 2" and E164 is the code set. Ihave tried several things and cannot get "D" ch to come up.

NI2 would be protocol B on the Avaya DS1 form.

Whish system is providing the timing? Is the Nortel system is the "user" or is it connecting to the "user"? If the Avaya is providing the timing, the following would be correct:
