Hi guys! This is my first time to config PRI Line in IPO Server Edition. The ISDN Line is in the expansion server, but the extension and the ARS and also the incoming is in the primary. Will it work since its in SCN?

Also whats the needed config for the ISDN Line? They gave me a parameter sheet but I don't see it in our PBX.

For inbound you need incoming call routing in the expansion. Users will be found automatically even if they are located in the server.

For outbound create short code and ARS that points from server to expansion and carries the trunk access code to expansion (9N/Dial/9N/99001). In the expansion system remove the trunk access code and send the call to PRI.

Need some help with IP Office? CLI based cale blocking: SCN fallback over PSTN:

Hi derfloh,

what do you mean by this?
"In the expansion system remove the trunk access code and send the call to PRI". What trunk access code?

In our primary server i've created ARS with line group ID 14 which is define in PRI and a shortcode 9N/N/50:Main .

Line group 14 is in expansion not in the server.

You need
9N/Dial/9N/ARS-Group of the server as system or user short code on the server.
9N/Dial/9N/99001 within ARS on the server (99001 is the SCN line group from server to expansion).
9N/Dial/9N/ARS-Group of the expansion as system short code on the expansion.
9N/Dial/N/14 within ARS on the expansion (this is where you remove the trunk access code).

so you mean derfloh,
9N/Dial/9N/ARS-Group of the server as system or user short code on the server. - Primary side
9N/Dial/9N/99001 within ARS on the server (99001 is the SCN line group from server to expansion). Primary Side
9N/Dial/9N/ARS-Group of the expansion as system short code on the expansion. Expansion
9N/Dial/N/14 within ARS on the expansion (this is where you remove the trunk access code). Expansion

Hi derfloh,

I made a changes in our config. I noticed that in Primary shortcode it still working even if I put ?/./99997(IPO line to expansion) and in the ARS I didnt put anything still its working.

Is there a right shortcode for the Primary link to Expansion?
