on a dual pri what does the red and yellow led alarm mean.does red mean a problem from the switch and yellow their is a problem with the network.if i loop back to the to the opt 81 what is the correct respones i should get if the problem is in the opt 81 or if the problem is in the network
 
It can be misleading pending direction it is looking, I have have always had farend Red myside yellow. if you put a local lb in it, it will be green. if both sides of the card are hot, swapp the telco on the back, does it follow the cable? = telco stay on the port? = you.

9 times out of 10, it's your carrier. If you loopback to your system, all lights should go green except DCH. You should receive a wrong mode message on your terminal. It will all sync in 5 minutes. If that happens, it's your carriers problem. Make sure you loopback just before the carriers NIU.
