add the card to the cequ in 17, prt the cequ in 22.. then build a adan dch in 17 then build a route (16) then build 23 trunks (14). if you need the code, let us know, the far end interface type has to be right as well as the coding... if the provider used b8zs then you match that and apply superframing..

after you build it, ld 96 dis msdl x all enl msdl x fdl, ld 60 enll x, 60 seconds later the dch will establish..go home, take the rest of the day off.. this build take about half an hour on the outside
