PRI and incoming digits from Telco

I have an existing site with a PRI. How can I tell how many digits I am recieving from Telco? Also, if they are sending 10 and my extensions are 4 digits, how do I strip the first 6?

You can't really tell offically from the switch, but if you're extensions are 4 digits, chances are that's what they're sending.

To manipulate what is coming in, use the incoming call tables. On some versions of CM it's on the trunk group form, in newer releases it's now a seperate form.

Run a "list trace tac xxx" (xxx being the tac of the trunk group/pri in question) you'll see a "dial" line, that is what they are passing....
