Preventing users from dialling a specific DID 1

Rather than dial '0' to get our switchboard, several of our users are instead dialling the DID, and this in turn is costing the business money.

Is there anyway I can setup the system to redirect a user to extension '0' if they try to call the DID?

As stated above, you need to use LDID in LD 90.
