I have installed Outlook on a second machine for a user and configured it to access that user's email account. After doing this, if the second machine downloads any incoming mail messages, the original machine does not have any record of the mail.

I may be mistaken, but I thought the mailbox data remained on the server and was accessible from any client until you deleted it.

I'm thinking there is either a server or client setting that needs to be changed. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!!!

Sounds like you've set up the new machine to use PST files, which would indeed pull the mail from the Exchange server and into the PST file, which would then make it unavailable on the first machine.

Thanks Lander215, I'm sure that's it, I'll give it a try.
