I have two system that are connected through QSIG t1. 1000M to Avaya CM. I have a phantom dn DCFW to a distant steering code to the Avaya. The nortel shows the name display associated with the phantom until the Avaya answers. At this point the display name changes to the name setting of the Avaya extension. I need the nortel to maintain its ext name throughout this call on the nortel side. Changing the name of the extension on the Avaya is not an option and also changing any d-channel settings. Any thoughts

This is a long shot, but what if you outed the Phantom and rebuilt it as an ACD DN, in NCFW to the Avaya extension. Name the ACD DN in LD95.

I am not confident, but it is worth a try.

What if you try DCFW your Phantom DN direct to the Route (ACOD) AccessCode on your QSIG T1 followed by Digits the Avaya requires
Remember the TGAR/TARG shouldn't match

Cheers!!
