Prevent Logout of extensions

We're on CM 3.1. We would like to prevent some users from having the ability of logging out thier extensions (96XX phones). Apparently when they are busy and the phones are ringing some are doing this purposely.
How do we prevent a station from having the ability to logout thier extension? I can't seem to find an option for it.

LoL. So it has to be done in the settings file. Guess I'll assign them to a group. Thanks.

I imagine they will start manually unplugging the phones next.

It's quite interesting that people will take part in such blatant insubordination in this job market.

These extensions are in busy nurse station areas. If we only knew which of the 5-8 nurses/Drs in each area were doing it.
