PREVENT AGENTS FROM PICKING UP PARKED CALLS UNLESS LOGGED IN?

We currently are using a G3R 9.5 & need to prevent agents from picking up a parked call unless they are logged in under their agent I.D.

Any ideas/tips would be greatly appreciated!

I don't believe you can do this. Any extension can pick up a parked call if they know the retrieval code & the parked extension. There might be a way to use shared extenions as the parking extensions and assign a cor to them that is restricted on your agent extension cor's .....the only problem is that if this works it will block them from picking up all calls.
