PREV button not working in Directory

Good Day everyone,
I have a strange one...
When I go into the Directory on my phone, I am able to scroll forward but not backwards.

It makes it very frustrating to whiz past a name and try to back up...

Anyone know what might cause this or how to fix?

Nope, the PREV button won't work. Never has. Keep on pressing the NEXT button until your list starts over.

the prev button is for the menu only.

another question i get a lot is "my speaker is not working" and they have a 8403b or 7402 phone. then you have to try and explain it is one way and they say it is stupid and get all upset. they could have come up with a better feature to hook a headset on those phones. i wish i had a dollar for every call i got for this.

I personally like spelling the ENTIRE last name on the keypad so I don't have to hit the next key... But some of my users just can't seem to spell I guess...
