Pretend server is professional

I'm trying to install a printer (hp officejet d145) and some anti-virus software on 2000 server. However, 2000 server isn't supported but 2000 professional is. Any way of getting round this?

Please, DO NOT install desktop Antivirus software on a server. it can seriously damage your server. I have some experience...
