pressing return within a cell (excel) 2

hi,
When you press return when typing in an excel cell, it goes to the next cell down. This is a great feature in accounting.

...but I'm using excel to map out sales procedures and would like some cells to contain multiple lines of text. What keyboard shortcut would allow me to put paragraphs and lines of space within a cell?

And just for the record, it doesn't have to move down. You can set it to move in any direction (Though I would expect 'Move Right' would be the most popular alternative), or even not at all:-

Tools / Options / Edit Tab / After Enter Move cell 'Your Choice'
