I am trying to setup CCM in a call center setting. I need to have the "called number" (ie: the toll free number the customer is calling) be displayed on the Attendant Console for proper answering purposes. Can this be done? I see that we can set the name for it in IPCC; however, I'd like to have my operator not have to flip between the Agent Desktop and the Attendant Console. Secondly, when the call does get sent into a queue and then delivered to a phone, I want that same descriptor for the "called number" to appear on the display.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
