Presentation Server 3.0

Looking for tips, tricks, comments, & suggestion regarding migrating from XPa to Presentation Server 3.0. Are there any noticable improvements? Are there any pitfalls?

I would do it this way.

1. Get a new server.
2. Install Citrix Licensing on this server & PS.30 with a new farm.
3. Install apps and let users test for a bit on this new farm.
4. Pull old server/s out one at a time and, this is a personal opinion, re-install OS and then PS3.0 and apps.

This is the way I did it.
1. Setup a Citrix test environment.
2. First you need to setup a Citrix License Server and once that is done then setup your MetaFrame Presentation server 3.0.
3. I choose not to install the Licenses server on a MetaFrame PS 3.0 box.
4. Install the MetaFrame PS 3.0 server in a new Farm.
5. Once this is done you are ready to publish your applications on the MetaFrame PS 3.0 server.
6. Have you users test the apps. After a period of time testing the apps, you are now ready to join the MetaFrame PS 3.0 in productions.
