preminfo.dll problem

Hi

my os is windows xp , my premiere version is 6.5 r 168

i can't open the program .. i had a message first that i have a problem with msvcrt.dll .

i downloaded a fix file from the net , but the program refuse to open again and the message change to a problem with the preminfo.dll file .

i tried to copy that file from another pc but it still not working .


any idea about solving this problem ?
