My problem is when I render the timeline (export timeline/movie) it stops around 19 minutes into the process (sometimes the time is slightly differrent). It does this everytime I try. The full length of the project is about 40 minutes long. So it cuts short about halfway through.

I am using premiere 6.0. I have a pentium3 1Ghz processor with 384 Ram. I have about 20 Gigs of space free on my 40gig hard drive.
Is there a specific setting I need to change either in premiere or on my computer? How can I get it to render the entire project?

Well, more info is needed:

What "compression" are you using? if its stopping at 19 minutes out of a 40 minute timeline, space (thought you think you have enough) is something to consider. What is you resolution?

For a 720x480 uncompressed avi, renders at 10 megs (size) PER second of video.

cut your movies and attach the pieces with virtualdub..
