Hello,

We have a video project in premiere. When we click play in the program, we have no sound. However, when we export it we have sound. This problem is specific to this project. Making a new premiere project and adding the same video produces sound output. The project has been tried on three different computers, so it is not hardware specific. Does anyone have any suggestions?
