Premiere 6.0 freezes up as well as Cleaner 5

Hi,

I've produced a short 4 min. video in MGI Videowave. I then loaded the try out version of Premiere 6.0 to export the timeline to "Save for Web". Premiere display's the Cleaner screen from which I've tried many of the settings. But as soon as I click on Start, everything freezes up. When I end Premiere ("End Task&quot I then get the Cleaner screen which appears to proceed with it's launch but then displays an error.

This has been happening since the very beginning after installation!

Where do I start to look for the problem?

Intel Pentium 450
512 megs ram
40 gig HD

The tryout version of Premiere cannot export, as I recall.
