We have just inherited some Nokia Premicells and have connected these us as CO trunks. Our system is CM3.1.4
2 issues we have are, 1 no matter how the cell/mobile number is dialed, it always takes about 15 seconds for the call to connect and dial as per the trace below:

The second issue is when the call has been connected, the user on the IP phone hears a constant hissing sound and a lot of feedback. The users on the cell/mobile hears a great quality call.
Please let me know if you have any ideas of who to resolve these issues.
