Noticed a change in behavior between r9.0 (and r8.1) and r9.1 when using SIP trunks and a user's mailbox is configured with DTMF breakout (User -> Vmail tab -> DTMF Breakout).
If you have a prefix configured for the SIP line (needed to call back from call log), that prefix number is being appended to the caller ID being sent from the IPO when it calls the breakout phone number.
My specific set up:
SIP trunk call comes in.
SIP trunk is configured for PAI, so on an outbound transfer, the original calling party's CID is displayed.
User -> Vmail -> DTMF 2 is configured to dial 91112223333 (an external phone number).
The caller ID displayed at the external number as the call comes in has the prefix from the SIP Line added in front of the phone number.
Curious if others have seen this.
