I am trying to setup a Preference for Print Messages. It needs to be for Ship To and All Items. I have managed to create the Header of my new preference, but nothing happens when I select it. How do I attach the hierarchy selection form and the Print Message Profile Revisions form. I can not find anything in the on-line documentation.
