We are looking at predictive diallers for outbound callers. I'm looking for advice on which one would be the best to use. We will have approximately 30 agents using the system but I'd like to use a system that initiates calls only when an agent is available. Any advice ewould be appreciated

FoneFun,

Sorry I'm just now getting back to you- been out of touch for about a week.

I'll look for the DB25 that you speak of. Do you (or anyone else reading this thread) have any additional info about using the C/Lan for CDR? Or any other general info/tips on getting a working CDR "up" from scratch?

Thanks.

cwjr, see my other posts on this subject. Search for "cdr windows host"

If you're considering predictive dialers, we have an Avaya Mosaix Predictive Dialer available. It can initiate calls only when agents are available or otherwise as your needs may change down the road (it is very scalable). It is widely considered to be the best dialer on the market, and we would include support and training in with the package at a cost of around $50,000 USD depending on your needs. Please give me a call if you would like some more details.

Good luck in your search!
