Does anyone know where I can get an already assembled purchase order made in crystal reports that includes the item code? I don't really want to go out and spend a whole lot of money for one simple thing.

I don't know about a ready made version but you could create a purchase order pretty easily.
Creat a blank report using the applicable table(s). If you have a copy of an existing 'blank' purchase order, scan it in and plop the graphic in the page header of a blank report, format the section to underlay formatting ON and PREVIEW it. Now just put your fields where you want them and put the preprinted purchase order forms in your printer.
