I have a symantec enterprise version 7.0 for win2000. I have a SSL webserver behind the firewall. Outside people cannot connect to the server if they are on a PPPoE network system via dsl. All other users can log in fine. Is there a way to allow PPPoE users to access my ssl website?

Please let me know. Urgent....

Thanks,

Nick

What does your LOG file say? There was a known issue with some DSLs and the firewall. There are articles on this, over SSL. Basically the remote side was fragmenting packets, after the firewall set a DF bit. Which they are not supposed to do. So maybe some firewall logs, or a tcpdump of the traffic is in order.
