PPD installation in Pagemaker 6.5

Does anybody know how to install new PPD printer driver in Pagemaker 6.5? It is some years since I have had to do it and have forgotten!
Would appreciate any help.

PPD's install to/by the OS, not by an application. Perhaps I misunderstand the question.
