Hello and thanks in advance for anyone who takes the time to respond.

I have a pocket PC-6700 model smartphone with Windows Mobile 5.0 on it, I wanted to purchase a Blue Tooth Wireless keyboard that I have seen out for sometime now, so after reading several reviews I purchased Think Outside Stoway Universal Bluetooth Keyboard hoping that it was indeed compatible. I downloaded the most recent keyboard drivers from Thinks website and uploaded them to my phone, the 2 devices seemingly connect but at the last moment when are trying to perform the final connection in the BT tab the connection fails to connect, so now I have a $90 keyboard that presently doesn't work.

Help from anyone please? Should I RMA? Im not sure how to test to see if this keyboard is functioning correctly with someone else's PDA noone in my office has a PPC/PDA but me.

Anyhow any thoughts on what to do or to try?

Nelviticus thanks for responding, This morning I got the keyboard to work due in large part because Think Outside emailed me back from their tech support giving me the correct driver (Think Outside ppc5 En) and informing me to uncheck the the secure connection box when trying to connect these two devices, after doing these 2 things it now works beautifully.
