Powerpoint video 1

Is it possible to convert a powerpoint presentation into a video? My boss is wanting to record his presentation on vhs or dvd if he can. If possible, how?

This might not be the response you want but you can save the PowerPoint presentation as jpg, gif, what ever your pleasure, then use a video software like Pinnacle Studio, OnDVD or some other video editing software that can save a picture slideshow as an avi, mpeg, whatever.

If you find a direct conversion I would love to know.

Check this site out for SnagIt or Camstasia. I've used SnagIt (long time ago) Either can screen capture your Powerpoint presentation (View Show) and save it as a video file (i.e. AVI)
