Team,

I was wondering if anyone know how to insert a song into a powerpoint presentation so that it will loop throughout the presentation rather than being linked to one slide. The goal is to link music into the presentation so that it will play while the presenter is talking and not be interrepted as the slides change.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi CP,

1-Insert your sound file in your first slide (assuming that's where you want it to start). If you get a message asking if it should automatically play, say yes.
2-In the Custom Animation menu, click the arrow to the right of the sound file in the list. Go to the Timing menu and where it says Repeat, select "end of slide".
3-In the Effects tab/menu, click the radio button for Stop Playing and use the up arrow button to select your last slide in the presentation.

So now your sound file should repeat (or loop) until your presenter finishes the last slide.
