PowerPoint print one slide

I printed an entire 24-slide PowerPoint presentation recently. Today I tried to print one slide from it and got the following message:

ERROR: MemoryFull
OFFENDING COMMAND: image

STACK:

Any theories? I suspect it's from the printer (HP laserjet 4100) but I'm not sure.

Re-booting didn't do it.

I tried to rebuild the slide by copying and pasting the elements one by one onto a new slide and printing after pasting each element. It failed on one specific element. Strange, because when I first got the file several weeks ago I could print the whole thing out.
