I use a powerpoint slide as an index or homepage to several different files I frequently view. It is several hyperlinks located on one slide. The problem is that when I hyperlink to another powerpoint presentation that contains embedded linked objects, those objects will not update. I have them set to auto-update, but they do not and the user is not prompted to either. If I go open one of these files (w/o using hyperlink) then I am prompted to "update links" just like I should be. How can I get the links to update automatically when I hyperlink to that presentation? Thanks.

I'm not sure if this particular add-in (that updates links while a presentation is running, and not just when you open the file) will work, but it's worth a try...
