Open powerpoint file under powerpoint 2002, this powerpoint file include lots of chart forming from datasheet, when double click these chart, the datasheet will come out, so we can edit the content in these datasheet, but when we want to move these datasheet around or do some modification, system will reboot automatically without any error message.

In other machine with same configuration, there is no problem, I realy want to know if these is relative with the powerpoint file or system?

Thank you!

Likely, if there's no problem on the other PC, it's an install/app problem of PowerPoint on this machine.

I would reset the registry.

Close PowerPoint.

Start-Run, "regedit" and hit enter.

Browse to:

hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\office\10.0\powerpoint

Right-click and rename powerpoint to oldpowerpoint and relaunch PowerPoint. If that doesn't help, it's probably an MS Graph issue on that machine (have you tried creating graphs in other programs on this PC?), and you will likely need to uninstall Office XP and reinstall. Of course, you've run repair on PowerPoint from the help menu first? Anne Troy

I have already tried:
.patch Windows XP to SP1
.Patch OfficeXP to SP2
.Reinstall OfficeXP
There is no use, problem is still there.
