powerplay cannot work

when i open one report by browser,it should start powerplay,
but it only open a window named "web launch page..",
who can help me and tell me what i should do ?

Do you have an error message ??

Do you have the Java enabled in Internet Explorer ??

Your PPES server should have the PPES Windows Launch Agent installed but I think you have it as it starts the agent.

there is no error massage but that window
and i have had the Java enabled in Internet Explorer.
