PowerEdge 4600 and USB 2.0

Does the PowerEdge 4600 come with USB 2.0 ports or are they the standard 1.1 version?? If they are the standard 1.1 version can I just purchase and install a standard USB 2.0 card and then have the USB 2.0 support??
