Power Users with too much power

Can anyone tell me how to stop regular/power users from installing software? I don't want to change the profile to restricted user, because I need them to be able to run software installed by the admin. and I also don't want to prevent write access to the Program Files folder as this causes strange errors in the running of some apps.

Try creating a new profile or edit the power users profile. Alternitivly, you could give them a restictive user profile, then as admin, allow them access to whatever they need access to by accessing the properties of the program or folder you want them to have access to. -God Bless
