Found Solution.
Make a User Group on the Server. Add Users to This Group
On WS GOTO Control Panel > USERS then Add. In Top Box type in User Group from Server in Bottom Box Type in Domain Name Click Next. Make sure Standard User is checked then Click Finish. This will add the Server User Group to The Power Users Group on The Workstation
