power user group

I have inherited an existing network, my predecessors have gone and deleted the power user groups from the user manager in my domain. Is there a way i can get that back?? if so how?

many thanks in advance.

If this is a PDC or BDC server there is no Power Users group. I believe only Member Servers or Workstations have Power Users.
