Hello,

My power supplys are reporting a major alarm. I also see that when I do (list config all) the power supply says... no board.. is there way to resolve this?, is there a way to add the power supply?.. the power supply is working but it show up as no board in the system.

Thanks!

do a "ch circuit" and enter 655A in slot 00.

I'm assuming you have G650 Gateways, or the older EPN type cabinets or a G3R MCC

I'm assuming you have a G650 as well. Have fun with that. We've had that happen at least 3 times at the same location and once at a new site that was only about 4 months old. The new power supplies were not at all showing themselves to be as reliable as these 16 year old units we have in the MCC cabinets here. I hope they just had a bad run/batch of G650 power supplies. I'd hate to keep running into this problem. Obviously with only 1 power supply installed, it kills the entire port network/all cabinets at that site if the IPSI is in that affected cabinet or at least it will kill all the phones/trunks, etc in that one cabinet with the bad PS.
