Folks,
I need to send a powerpoint presentation to a client but it is 2.7 mb too big for that clients inbox. it zips up to 2.5 mb . His limit is 2mb, is there any way i can get this down under 2mb????

If you have an image as a background, set it in the Master Mode with all other static text and graphics.

In Powerpoint, if you Click the View Menu -> Master -> Slide Master. You will be able to set your background image and logos and text that may be static.
This prevents duplication on all the slides.
It's merely an attempt to keep the file as small as possible.
