Power Failure

The other day there was a power outage, and the computer was on at the time. The computer went off and when I turned it back on again Windows performed a file system check. I thought this would occur only once, however this happens every time I turn on my computer now.
Need advice, thanks.

Try and run it yourself manually to see if it clears it out on the next reboot.
