I have a G3 cabinet(2) connected via fiber to the primary cabinet(1) in another building. We are having power issues in the building where cabinet 2 is. Will the error log or alarm log show power outages for a particular cabinet? We are trying to track some history for this problem to try and determine when it began.

yes it would show the errors caused by it,
but not the actual error.(outage of lines etc)
In order to do that you'd have to hook up the alarm circuit of the location 2 UPS to the alarm ports of the switch.

Alrighty then. Thanks for the info. I think that I will see about connecting the ups to the switch. There are some wierd things going on down there.
