Posting to Exchange Public Folder

Hi,

In any MS Office application (Word, Excel, etc.) i do not have the option to post to and Exchange folder. To recreate the steps to see what i am referring to: Open Word | File | Send To| Exchange Folder.
The last step "Exchange Folder" does not appear. How can i get this option available?
System: Win2k Pro, Outlook 2000, Word 2000.
